Twilight Forest has established rules for the safe and secure operation of the campground.

When using the Twilight Forest, please be sure to observe the following rules, prohibitions, precautions, and public order and morals.

If you do not abide by the rules, our staff will give you instructions to improve your behavior.

If you do not follow the instructions, you may be asked to leave the venue day or night, and in such cases, no refunds of fees will be made.

In such cases, you will not be allowed to enter the facility the next time.

 

The facility is not responsible for theft, accidents, or any other problems that may occur in the facility. Please take care of yourself.

 

Please make reservations and use the facility only if you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time based on feedback from our guests, so please check them each time you make a reservation.

 

Visits and visits by persons other than guests are strictly prohibited.

Please refrain from doing so, as it will increase traffic and inconvenience the neighborhood.

The use of the store and the sale of goods only are not permitted.

【Rules of the venue】

• Lights out is at 22:00.

• Please be quiet after this time (please be considerate of other guests and children who are sleeping).

• The use of a generator is not allowed.

• Musical instruments and speakers are strictly prohibited.

• Fireworks may only be handheld.

• Please be sure to separate garbage.

• Pets are allowed only in the sectioned sites.

• Drinking and driving, underage drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited.

• Illegally modified vehicles will be asked to leave.

• Open fires are not allowed. Please use a fire pit.

• We are not responsible for any damage caused by theft of money, goods, etc., or trouble between users in the facility or parking lot.

 

【About filming】

Filming for commercial purposes (posting on video sites, etc.) without permission is prohibited as it may inconvenience other guests.

If you wish to film, please apply for permission before making a reservation.

Please note that we may decline your request depending on the date and availability of the reservation.

【Terms and Conditions】

No one under the age of 18 is allowed to use the facility.

Please drive slowly when moving your car around the facility, regardless of whether it is on the premises or not.

Please do not enter or leave your car before 6:00 a.m. or after lights out to prevent accidents.

In the event of an accident, please contact the police or other authorities and take appropriate action.

Please refrain from idling your car in order to protect the environment and the health of nearby users.

We are not responsible for any problems that may occur in the campground.

Please make sure to clean up after your fire after use.

【In case of emergency】

In case of fire or accident, please contact the office phone number (0267-46-9919) immediately.

In case of injury or illness, please contact the fire department directly.

In the event of a thunderstorm or heavy rain, please take shelter in your car. If you are riding a motorcycle, please evacuate to the restrooms or the administration building.

 

【Others】

You are free to bring your own alcoholic beverages. Smoking is not permitted.

Please do not bring valuables if at all possible. If you do bring valuables, you are responsible for their safekeeping.

Please be sure to restore the area and tools you have used to their original state.

Please remember to bring a flashlight at night.

Please clean up the site after removing your tent. In particular, please remember to check your pegs.

There are no public telephones on site.

Please do not peddle, raise funds, open stalls, etc. without permission from the campground management.

Damaging trees or collecting plants without permission is prohibited.

Please stay away from broken trees and other hazardous areas and notify the management staff immediately.

【Pets are allowed.】

Pets are allowed, but owners must follow the rules below and be responsible for their pets.

Animals that may cause fear in others (such as fighting dogs) are not permitted.

Only trained pets are allowed.

Pets may not be left unattended. Please keep your pets on a leash.

Please do not let your pets bark.

Please do not leave your pets unattended.

Owners are responsible for disposing of their pets' excrement.

We are not responsible for any problems caused by pets in the campground.

【Cancellation Policy】

General (individual) guests

Cancellation without notice: 100% of the room charge

Cancellation on the day: 100% of the room charge

Cancellation on the day before: 80% of the room charge

Cancellation two days before: 50% of the room charge

Cancellation up to 3 days prior to check-in: Free of charge

After check-in: 100% of the room charge (in case you want to cancel the second night on the day of the second night, etc.)

＜Fees and Payment＞

Fees vary depending on the time of year.

Fees are to be paid on site at the time of reception.

 

＜In case of inclement weather＞

We will be open even in the event of rain. However, this does not apply when the Japan Meteorological Agency issues a warning or special alert for the area including Komoro City, Nagano Prefecture.

If we have to cancel your reservation in such a case, we will not charge you a cancellation fee.

If a warning or special warning is issued after sunset on the day of use, the full amount of the fee paid will be refunded.

Your safety is our top priority, and we ask that you make a quick evacuation decision and act accordingly.

Please note that the campground cannot be held responsible for any evacuation decisions made by the guests themselves.

【Risks to the User】

This campground is not a place where safety is guaranteed.

There are various risks such as encounters with wild animals, poisonous plants, pests, falling trees due to strong winds, accidents caused by gusty winds, lightning strikes, risk of loss of children and others, accidents caused by vehicles, and theft.

 

We accept reservations from those who agree to use the site at their own risk while coexisting with nature.

As the campground manager, we do our best to prevent accidents and provide maintenance and explanations, but we believe that a safe and enjoyable time can only be had with the understanding and thoughtful actions of our users.

If you do not agree and sympathize with the above, please understand and accept that you will not be able to use the campground.

【Refusal of Use】

We reserve the right to refuse use of the campgrounds (reservations) in the following cases. Please understand the following.

 

When any act that offends the law or public order and morals is recognized.

When any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other guests is recognized.

Use of the facilities by organized crime groups, companies affiliated with organized crime groups, or their equivalents, or members of such groups (hereinafter referred to as “anti-social forces”)

When there has been any inconvenience to the contents of use in the past. （In the event of any inconvenience to the contents of use in the past (including cases of violation of staff cautions or terms and conditions).

In the event that the staff deems it necessary to cancel accommodation due to inclement weather, etc., the representative will be notified. The representative will be notified.
